Dr.Leslie Bernard Perera, is the son of late Mr. W.L.J. Perera, the founder Director of New Bernards Animal Feeds (Pvt) Ltd, and he is an old boy of St; Joseph College, Colombo. He started his IT education in Australia, There he followed a course on Marketing information system, After completion of these education programs, in Australia, he returned to Sri Lanka and proceeded with IT education under National Institute of Business Management (NIBM)

Dr. Leslie has followed Modern Hatchery management and Modern Breeder farm management under IPC livestock (Braneveli) in Netherlands.

His sole ambition is to drive the company in to modern technology and to provide a better services to the nation.
